Exercise Safehaven

What is it?

Exercise Safehaven is a live community exercise involving members of Horncastle’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) enacting and testing their emergency plan for the town.

When and where is it?

The exercise will be taking place across multiple locations in Horncastle on Tuesday, 17th June 2025, 0900-1300hrs

What can you expect?

  • Multi-agency working
  • A place of safety at Stanhope Hall
  • Increased activity in the exercise area
  • Addresses within the exercise area may be visited to carry out door knocking tasks as well as evacuations.
