Horncastle Emergency Planning Event a Resounding Success!
The Lincolnshire Resilience Forum had the privilege of facilitating a crucial emergency planning event in Horncastle. It was an incredibly productive day focused on enhancing our collective preparedness for any future challenges. We extend our sincerest thanks to all who participated, demonstrating the powerful community spirit and dedication.
The LRF hosted the Duke of Cornwall Awards ceremony and activities for Lincolnshire scouts, guides, and youth groups on Saturday 7th June.
Exercise Safehaven is a live community exercise involving members of Horncastle’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) enacting and testing their emergency plan for the town.
East coast agencies respond to North Sea incident
East Lindsey District Council’s waste teams are in the process of cleaning up plastic pellets (nurdles) and any other debris that has been found following the incident in the North Sea last week.
